Past and future are illusions only if you think of them as places to be. You can't be in the past, you can't be in the future. You can only be here and now. But if you think of them as substance, as a building material, you can physically integrate them into the now, into the present moment. 

In my paintings I try to integrate those moments of my past and glimpses of my future. This is a way for me to go deeper and reconnect with my sustaining ingredients a way of finding my identity

and constantly redefining it. A way of eliminating the distractions and finding the essential.
